Who am I?
My name is Fionn, I am a self taught crpenter/craft person based on a small island calledInis Mór on the west coast of Ireland. I grewup here on the island untill my late teen when i moved away to study to become a teacher. After 2 years as a teacher I took a big risk and I left that job and moved home to set up Dóite Wood Design in 2022.
What I do
I create through multiple medias and sutainable practaces. using a mix of local and imported materials i create high end furniture to gifts and trinkets to beautifully crafted wood turned items.
This allows me to hone a wide range of skills through mkixed materials using hand tools, machenry and modern techniques.
